Hotel California

This project was about my favorite artist's (Tyga) new album called Hotel California. On the actual album cover there was a tiger so I decided to draw my version of it with a tiger as the main focus. It's supposed to be a tiger, but I did not know how to make it look mad and aggressive so it appeared to be more of a wolf or a cute kitty. My bad... Also, inside the words there is 187 discreetly colored in there with red because it is one of the symbols Tyga has in his music. Overall, I like this project a lot because of how close my music is to me. (:

Death Holding Onto Life

I had a sudden interest in the Grim Reaper for some reason, so I decided to incorporate him into an art project. This is showing him, the symbol of death, holding onto the ankh and walking out of the gates of Heaven which both symbolize good and the ankh symbolizes life. This was really fun to make and took a while to get the shading perfect like I wanted, but it turned out looking really good! I am really pleased with how it turned out, I love to draw!

Color Party in my Eye

This was the result of me doodling away in English class... But I added some oomph and turned it into an art project! It was really hard to do because I hate painting though... It looked better in my doodle. I should have took more time and painted over it more, but I did not. I got bored of painting. It looks really cool though and I am proud of it if one looks at it from far away though! (:

Key to Life

This piece was really fun to make and I enjoyed it a lot, mainly because of the doodling and I love to doodle. But also it had meaning other than just art. It showed the ankh, the "key to life", surrounded by a quote about life. I just thought it was so cool! I worked hard on it and I hope you enjoy it.

Molly's Trippy World of Color

This was produced by using sequences of families of functions on Geogebra in Pre Calc. Some of the functions used were linear and also trigonometric functions. Example: Sequence[k cot(x), k, -14, 14, 2]. I changed the colors of the lines of the functions to really create a work of art!
